Sending Multiple Text Messages with One SOAP Call
When you want to send the same message to multiple phones you can call Send_Plain_Multiple function. Function call is identical to that of Send_Plain, with the exception that the Recipient line can contain up to 25 numbers separated by comma. Each number must be specified in International format (starting with country code). For example
